- For KR Passes purchased with no online seat reservation and without on-site redemption: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the activity
- For KR Passes purchased with an online seat reservation but without on-site redemption: Full refunds will be issued if the online seat reservation is canceled by yourself at least 72 hours prior to the activity
- For KR Passes that have already been exchanged for physical tickets: No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

如何使用
憑證類型描述
- You can either bring your printed Korea Rail Pass voucher and passport with you to board the train (no seat); or reserve your seat online or offline in advance and board the train with a mobile voucher/printed ticket (no extra charge)

- Seoul Station, Busan Station
憑證有效期
- KR Pass is not valid during national holidays and peak summer seasons. Usually between late Jul-early Aug, for specific dates, please refer to the official Korail website
- Train tickets are valid only on the date and time specified
- A Saver Pass is valid for one passenger only and is recommended for groups of 2-5 traveling with the same itinerary

- Timetables and reservations are available on the official KORAIL website up to 30 days in advance
- Maximum of two seat reservations per day. You may still travel with the KR PASS after, but seats aren’t guaranteed

- Although online seat reservation is recommended, you may also reserve seats offline at ticketing booths at any KORAIL station
